Planning board recommends 'enhanced mobility' land-use change for Boca Raton Innovation Campus

The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously voted on Nov. 7 to recommend approval of a future land-use map amendment that would redesignate the 124.21-acre Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) at 5000 T Rex Avenue from Planned Mobility (PM) to Enhanced Mobility (EM).
