Fulton County commissioners approve routine payments, hires and administrative actions; Krivak Trust request authorized

Commissioners also approved a lease for a printer for MDJ Heming’s office at a contract price of $3,647.00 and authorized payment of a Plan Asset Invoice from Conrad Siegel for $3,844.25.
Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller’s travel request to attend the Annual CJAB Conference (April 20–22, 2026) was approved. HR Administrator Mary Huston presented personnel actions: the board hired Laurel Griest as Office Deputy I for the Prothonotary’s Office effective March 4, 2026, and held a brief Salary Board to set her pay.
The board authorized a CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) 'Delegation of Signing Authority' form so that HR Administrator Mary Huston and Commissioners Wible and Bunch may execute invoices for submission to SEDA COG. The February 2026 Pension Fund Report was presented by Huston and approved.
Commissioners also approved a burial expense application for veteran Gary Allen Myers, who served in the Air Force during the War on Terror (Desert Shield/Desert Storm). County Auditors Penny Kipp, Rebecca Kendall and Holly Falkosky met with the board for an audit review; the minutes record the meeting without additional public detail.
Human Services Director Julie Dovey asked the board to approve a Krivak Trust application; commissioners approved a request up to a maximum of $35,000, and the minutes note the applicant information is confidential under HIPAA.
