Auditor Carmen Reed presented 2025 budget amendments covering several over-appropriations. Commissioner Gene Wolf moved to approve the listed amendments (examples: General Fund Misc. -$201,718.55; Sheriff Temporary Deputy -$37,640.64; NDSU Extension Agent -$15,122.21); Commissioner Casey Voigt seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the commission adjourned at 11:44 a.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Mercer County Government Center boardroom in Stanton, North Dakota.
