Hillsdale TIFA approves FY2025-26 budget amendments, sets TAP grant match at $250,000 and reschedules parking projects

In a separate motion, Chris Sumnar moved to update the Capital Improvement Plan to correct TIFA’s TAP Grant match to $250,000 and to move the parking-lot projects to fiscal years 2029–2030. Cindy Bieszk seconded; the board approved the motion 7-0. Margaret Braman left the meeting before a follow-up motion on the FY2026-2027 budget year.
