On a motion by Commissioner Dannie Kearn, seconded by Commissioner Ron Copple, and by unanimous vote the Board approved a ten‑minute executive session for a personnel matter; the meeting resumed in open session at 11:17 a.m. The board recorded that resignations were received from Corrections Officer Olivia Beikmann and Transport Driver Donnie Kearn.
The Board approved payroll expenses totaling $195,940.61 across funds and recorded payroll deductions and benefits totaling $232,055.60. On a motion by Commissioner Copple, seconded by Commissioner Kearn, the Board approved abatements 2025‑67 with a net change of ($76.82) and no refund. The Board also approved the April 21, 2025 minutes as presented and adjourned at 12:01 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner Copple, seconded by Commissioner Kearn; the next meeting was set for Monday, May 5, 2025.
