Cloud County commissioners approve payroll, abatement and fund transfer in unanimous votes

On a motion by Commissioner Ron Copple, seconded by Commissioner Dannie Kearn, the board unanimously approved abatement 2025-066 with a net change of ($8.96) and no refund. The board also approved a Transfer of Funds Request to debit County General/County Clerk/Contractual Services and credit County General/Courthouse General Exp/Contractual Services in the amount of $153.14 on a motion by Copple and second by Kearn.
Commissioner Copple moved, Commissioner Kearn seconded, and the board unanimously approved the March 24, 2025 minutes as presented. The meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner Kearn, second by Commissioner Copple; the board will reconvene April 7, 2025.
Recorded votes in the minutes show the three commissioners — Chairman Michael Cleveland, Commissioner Dannie Kearn and Commissioner Ron Copple — voting in the affirmative on the listed motions.
