The Londonderry Township Board conditionally approved Plan PC24-01 on July 1, authorizing a reverse subdivision to combine parcels 34-032-068 and 34-032-069 for applicant Harry Cleland. Codes and Zoning Officer Duane Brady said the Zoning Board had granted one waiver and two deferrals; engineer Mike Wood reported no engineering objections. The board voted unanimously to approve the waiver under Section 22-301, to defer curbs and gutters under Section 22-506, to defer sidewalks under Section 22-507, and to grant conditional approval of the reverse subdivision plan.
Brady also updated the board on permit activity (about 52 permits in Q2 rising to roughly 82 by month-end), ongoing code-enforcement work to close violations and efforts to encourage residents to use the citizens’ input form for tracking complaints. He noted FEMA provided a CAV release letter dated June 11, 2024, and that a special exception hearing is planned in August for a family seeking to keep larger animals on a residential lot.
The conditional approval of PC24-01 and the waiver/deferral votes passed by unanimous roll-call votes with all five supervisors recorded as voting "Aye."
