The Londonderry Township Board approved the Saienni Final Minor Subdivision on April 7 after a presentation from Angela Marcus of Light-Heigel & Associates.
Marcus described a three-lot subdivision on Schoolhouse Road. Board members raised the proximity of the proposed lots to the Hunters & Anglers firing range; Chairman Ron Kopp said he wanted a plan note such as a "Buyers Beware" notation to alert future purchasers. The Board approved a waiver from Section 22-303.1 for preliminary-plan submission and granted deferrals from Erosion and Sediment Control plan submission, curbs and gutters (Section 22-506), and sidewalks (Section 22-507) as requested by the applicant.
The Board approved the final minor subdivision conditioned on amending Plan Note 21 to require issuance of a copy of the final plan to each purchaser and including a notice on deeds, and required payment of a fee in lieu of dedication totaling $8,800. The motions for waivers, deferrals and final plan approval were moved and seconded and carried unanimously according to the meeting minutes.
