Each loan carries a 2% interest rate; the Wynia and Van Essen loans were set for 10‑year terms and the Malone loan for five years. All three include a six‑month deferral on principal and interest. Motions for the loans were moved and seconded by commissioners and were recorded as passed.
Jackie Meier moved approval of the Wynia loan; Mark Carlson seconded. Loy Woelber moved approval of the Malone loan; Roger Zins seconded. Mark Carlson moved approval of the Van Essen loan; Jackie Meier seconded. The meeting record notes each motion passed without recorded roll‑call tallies.
