Treasurer Brian Marchuck presented the bills and open purchase orders: General Fund $19,386.32; Golf Course Fund $8,005.77; Liquid Fuels Fund $18,363.24; Debt Service Fund $471.37; Escrow Fund $9,226.02, for a grand total of $55,452.72.
Vice-Chair Ron Kopp moved to approve the bills and open purchase orders for October 2024; Secretary-Treasurer Mike Geyer seconded the motion. The motion "carried unanimously" among the members present. Chairman Bart Shellenhamer was present for the vote; Mel Hershey and Anna Dale were recorded as absent in the roll call.
