The board conditionally approved a final minor subdivision (PC24‑04) for Matthew and Amy Wood to create a 1.8‑acre lot from a 14‑acre parcel at 291 Schoolhouse Road.
Joshua George of Landworks Civil Design presented the plan and said the proposed new lot will be served by a new septic system that has passed perk tests; the sewage planning module has been submitted to the Sewage Enforcement Officer and is awaiting signatures. Township Codes Officer Duane Brady confirmed the township SEO was satisfied with required perk and probe results and primary/secondary septic sites but was waiting for the SEO to sign the module.
The board approved a waiver from Section 22‑304 (Preliminary Plat procedures) and deferred curbs/gutters (Section 22‑506) and sidewalks (Section 22‑507). The final minor subdivision plan was approved with the condition that all outstanding comments are satisfied and the Sewage Enforcement Officer approves the sewage planning module.
The approvals were unanimous and conditioned to ensure health and technical reviews are completed before construction or recordation moves forward.
