During the public comment period, Lori Sedler spoke on behalf of her mother, Patricia Pacella of Pine Manor Mobile Home Park, about continuing water quality and pressure problems. Sedler presented a cup containing sediment she said came from her mother’s water source and said, "the residents are now being charged $60 a month for waste water and nothing has changed." The Board discussed options including connecting the park to public water and sewer and noted contacts such as the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Attorney General’s Office could be appropriate avenues for complaints.
Resident Thom Bell raised concerns about ongoing loud rumbling from nearby Amazon warehouses that has occurred at all hours over the past few weeks; Supervisor Mike Geyer said he also hears the noise. Township Manager David Blechertas said he would reach out to Amazon to investigate the complaint.
The Board did not take action beyond directing staff to investigate and to clarify which entities have regulatory authority over the water and wastewater billing questions. No regulatory enforcement or municipal remedy was recorded at the meeting; the issues remain unresolved pending follow‑up contact with DEP, the Attorney General’s Office and Amazon.
