Andrew Wissler of RJ Fisher explained that a land study for the Jayne property identified two accessory structures crossing the Matesevac property line. To make both properties conforming, the families agreed to swap 4,765 square feet of land. Wissler said HRG and township staff comments have been addressed.
The Board separately approved three related requests: a deferral from Section 22‑506 (curbs and gutters), a deferral from Section 22‑507 (sidewalks) and a waiver from Section 22‑304 (preliminary plat procedures) to permit submission of the final plan without a preliminary plan. After those procedural approvals the Board moved to approve the final lot add‑on plan PC25‑07; all motions carried unanimously.
The plan corrects property lines and brings accessory structures into conformance; the decisions recorded the board's acceptance of staff and consultant review and the requested deferrals and waiver.
