Londonderry Township approves multiple pay applications for Sunset Golf Course project

The board approved final payment to JMT for Sunset and Braeburn Park site development drawings in the amount of $9,367.00. It also approved pay application #3 from Garden Spot Mechanical for HVAC work at Sunset Golf Course for $5,564.94.
In two related motions the board approved pay application #4 to Lauer Construction for general contracting work in the amount of $96,305.66 and pay application #2 for electrical work in the amount of $11,987.93; both were approved as recommended by the project engineer.
All contractor payments were approved unanimously. The approvals follow project engineering reviews and represent the board'recorded actions on the Sunset Golf Course construction and related park site work at the Dec. 1 meeting.
