Commissioner Bunch thanked Gress for her years of service and for coming in early to assist with the transition. The minutes note Gress also serves on the board of directors for the Fulton County Medical Center. The board did not set or announce a succession plan at the meeting; HR and the commissioners handled immediate personnel actions related to other hires during the session.
