Commission approves mayor's contracts: juvenile-detention rate raised to $200/day; $779,025 maintenance building contract among approvals

- A food services agreement with Trinity Services Group, Inc. to provide food services at county correction facilities.
- Technology and courtroom upgrades: the county approved BIS Digital proposals to install audio-video systems and court recording (multiple quotes are recorded in the meeting packet, including line items of roughly $78,446 and $71,541 for two courtroom systems, a $4,655 jury-room display and a $19,412 maintenance/support package). Those vendor proposals were included in the meeting packet and approved as mayoral signatory items.
- An Axon contract for the Sheriffs Department, a lease agreement between the county and Kingston Springs Church of Christ for parking support near the county library, and a landfill permit expansion were also approved.
