Office Administrator Mandy Buchholz described space limitations tied to an upcoming office relocation and proposed adding a door to the current break room in the old BOCC office so files and records would remain nearby; the board directed staff to notify Facilities Director Stacey to proceed with the proposed modification.
The Board reviewed the weekly correspondence log and decided to post on the county Facebook page an announcement that the U.S. Small Business Administration has opened disaster loan applications for disaster-declared and contiguous Washington counties following the December 2025 flood and winter storm event. Commissioners also reviewed departmental meeting assignments for the year and exchanged brief updates on meetings and conversations held over the prior week. The Office Administration meeting concluded at 9:31 a.m.
