The Juneau County Board of Supervisors completed routine business at its Feb. 17 meeting, approving a set of resolutions and scheduling follow-up dates. The board approved a resolution of appreciation for Perry Hargrove (Resolution 26-06), a resolution honoring county employees (26-07), and reauthorization of the county as a self-insurer for workers' compensation (26-08). The board also approved Resolution 26-11 to increase fees charged to inmates and Resolution 26-13 authorizing submission of a bid for a surplus accessible van for use by the Aging & Disability Resource Center.
Votes recorded in the minutes: Resolution 26-06 (passed by majority vote, unanimous in the recorded roll call), Resolution 26-07 (passed unanimously), Resolution 26-08 (passed unanimously), Resolution 26-11 (passed unanimously, 20-0), and Resolution 26-13 (passed unanimously, recorded vote 20-0). The agenda and the Jan. 20 meeting minutes were also approved earlier in the session. The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chair Cottingham and adjourned at 10:55:01 a.m. The board set its next regular meeting for March 17, 2026, with an executive meeting scheduled for March 9, 2026.
