Cloud County announces pumpkin-decorating contest and employee food drive to benefit local pantries

The employee food drive offers paid-leave incentives: employees donating at least 10 items or $15 will receive a half day of paid leave; donating double that amount qualifies for a full day. County offices will be closed to the public on a date to be determined; donated items will be distributed to the county food pantry and resource center.
