The commission reviewed calendar items including a 2 p.m. public hearing set for Oct. 2 on a zoning amendment (Dennis Peterson property), scheduled multiple budget meetings and noted an employee appreciation event and upcoming interjurisdictional justice‑court meeting. Staffers updated the commission on a new website demo using the county's WordPress framework and on facility and conference-room logistics.
Near the end of the session commissioners voted to enter a closed session to discuss the professional competency or health of an individual. They reconvened, said no reportable action was taken, and adjourned the meeting.
Routine administrative items were recorded in the meeting minutes and staff will follow up on scheduling and the BOE paperwork.
