Commissioners approved using the funds toward SouthCentral Mountain CAD maintenance, SouthCentral Mountain CHE maintenance, SouthCentral Mountain ESInet maintenance, Fulton NG911 GIS maintenance, a SouthCentral Mountain battery upgrade, and Fulton ILEC maintenance. Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve the grant; the motion passed unanimously.
Separately, HR Administrator Mary Huston recommended hiring Troy Wagaman as a per-diem 911 dispatcher pending completion of required background clearances. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to hire Wagaman pending clearances; the motion passed unanimously. A brief Salary Board meeting at 9:48 a.m. set the salary for the new per-diem dispatcher, though the transcript does not record the salary amount.
Commissioner Bunch announced the board entered executive session for personnel matters at 10:01 a.m. and exited at 10:29 a.m.; the meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
