Fulton County commissioners approve leases, IT contracts, dispatch‑clock replacements and hazmat agreement

Hann moved to approve payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44; the motion passed unanimously among the two commissioners present.
The board met with Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions (Witmer appeared via Zoom) to review a proposed 5‑year lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and a scope of work for IT staffing and support. The commissioners approved the 5‑year lease at $250 per month with no scheduled increases and authorized SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services.
The board also approved a quote submitted by Grissinger for a view station for the Treasurer’s Office, authorizing a purchase from Amazon for $784.22, and approved a CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment, Invoice No. INVO62458, for $5,575.00.
EMA/911 Director Brian Barton told the commissioners the dispatch clocks at the center are more than 20 years old and need replacement; he said the county’s "Pre Alert" system has been activated and notices were distributed to local fire departments. The commissioners authorized purchase and installation of two dispatch clocks from ComPros for $4,940.00, covering hardware and installation.
The commissioners also approved the 2026 Mission Critical Partners Regional Support Contract for professional services; Barton noted the contract is fully grant funded. Separately, the board approved a two‑year Hazmat Team agreement with McCUTCHEON Enterprises, Inc., establishing payment of $2,500 for FY 2026 and $7,500 for FY 2027.
In personnel matters, the board approved a revision to Section 213 ("Travel") of the Fulton County HR Manual: employees who wish to use a personal vehicle for county business must submit a request to the commissioners ahead of time explaining the reason.
The meeting adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
