- Ordinance 20-26-O-6: County unified zoning ordinance amendments (building height methodology and ADU adjustments) — council approved 7–0; staff said changes primarily affect unincorporated Tippecanoe County.
- Resolution 2026-O-5: Transfer appropriations between major budget classifications within funds — city controller Jeremy Deal said transfers are within the same funds and produce no net change; approved 7–0.
- Ordinance 20-26-O-8: Proposed update to chapter 8.07 (nuisance vegetation/managed natural landscapes) was presented and heard on first reading; staff recommended adoption after further review and education efforts with partners; matter advanced on a motion to hear.
- Resolution 2026-O-6: Authorization for an interlocal agreement to form a joint human relations commission with West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County was tabled to gather more information.
