The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 3 approved routine administrative items including minutes, payroll and accounts payable.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve the Jan. 27, 2026 Commissioners' Minutes and Salary Board Minutes; both motions carried "all in favor." Commissioner Hervey P. Hann then moved to approve payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026, in the amount of $129,990.81; the board approved the payroll. The board also approved accounts payable dated Feb. 3, 2026, totaling $334,397.62. The transcript lists fund-level breakdowns for that payment, including $96,661.78 to the General Fund, $165,835.26 to HSDF/HSBG, $44,792.44 to 911, and $26,017.13 to Debt Service, among smaller amounts.
Other routine financial and administrative approvals recorded in the meeting included the January 2026 Retirement Fund Report and an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for Q4 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27 (described in the minutes as 10% of court wages and benefits); both were approved "all in favor." Travel requests for two Services for Children staff to attend the PA Children and Youth Administrators Conference (March 11–13, 2026, State College, PA) were likewise approved.
The meeting followed standard procedure for these items; motions were offered by commissioners and recorded as carried unanimously unless otherwise noted.
