Fulton County approves sub‑agreement making county the administrator for state food purchase funds

Sue Cubbage, director of the Fulton County Food Basket, told commissioners that state funds for the SFPP now come directly to the county instead of to the Food Basket, which requires the county to designate an administrator through a Sub‑Agreement. Fiscal Administrator Sue Reed participated in the discussion.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Sub‑Agreement; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record the approval but do not include the text of the Sub‑Agreement, implementation timeline, or fiscal amounts tied to the program.
