"This is basically the signage along, I 69 for the event center...they did not have the version circulated throughout the whole entire departments. But didn't go to the state budget agency, the Department of Administration, and Indiana Attorney General's office. So that was the addition to that agreement," Hatem said, and he added that nothing substantial in the agreement content has changed.
