Duplin County Schools board approves agenda, consent items and personnel changes after executive session

The Duplin County Schools Board of Education conducted routine business at its Jan. 14 meeting, approving the agenda and a substantial consent agenda, entering executive session for personnel and confidential student and attorney‑client matters, and then approving personnel recommendations from the superintendent upon return.

After the executive session, a motion was made and seconded to approve the superintendent's personnel recommendations; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
