- Accounts payable: Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 13, 2026 in the total amount of $135,622.38 (General Fund $66,644.09; Capital Projects $64,720.44); recorded as approved by all commissioners.
- Hiring: The board approved hiring Angie Horton as Enforcement Officer 1 in Domestic Relations, effective Jan. 26, 2026; the Salary Board set the salary per the collective bargaining agreement.
- Certification of county funds: The board approved and executed the 2026 Certification of County Funds as presented by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop.

- Veteran burial expense: The board approved an Application for Burial Expenses for Floyd G. McGinnis (U.S. Air Force, 1964–1968, Vietnam era) with payment to surviving spouse Janet McGinnis.
- LERTA revision: The board approved a revision to the LERTA application to require an inspection by the zoning officer or Fulton County planning.
- Real estate agent appointment: Commissioners accepted Ronald Richards as the real estate agent for property at 119 N. 2nd Street, McConnellsburg, PA, at a 3% sales commission.
