Staff removed specific references that tied the action only to the Marketplace and added bullets emphasizing signage, wayfinding and multiple potential gathering sites.
Participants urged the town to identify feasible locations and favor town-owned properties for any major investment so that programming and access do not depend on private funding conditions. Hal suggested further study to identify a primary community gathering place and noted existing venues such as Steampunk Ranch and Naranja Park could be part of a connected district with improved wayfinding.
Staff said the action remains a draft and that implementation details, including partnerships and site selection, would be developed during later steps.
