Board member motioned to grant the six requested waivers from the Bedford zoning ordinance and to grant final site approval for the U‑Haul site plan amendment with precedent conditions (items 1–8) to be fulfilled within one year; the motion was seconded and carried. The applicant must address staff comments (parking labeling, ADA spaces and remaining precedent conditions) before plan signature.
