Deputy Clerk‑Auditor Hadley Cardwell presented vouchers (check numbers 169808 through 169896) totaling $1,760,762.74; the commission approved those vouchers on a separate motion. Minutes from the July 21, 2025 combined meeting were approved as corrected, and Human Resources presented nine volunteers who had passed background checks; the commission approved the volunteer list.
Commission Executive Assistant Melissa Hughes presented nominees for the Duchesne County Utah250 Community Committee from multiple towns; the commissioners approved the slate as presented.
