Cloud County commissioners on Dec. 15 approved county expenditures, personnel actions and recognitions during their regular meeting in Concordia. The board voted unanimously on a series of routine financial and personnel items before adjourning at 12:18 p.m. and scheduling its next meeting for Dec. 22, 2025.
The board approved expenditures totaling $335,184.69. County Clerk Shella Thoman provided a fund-by-fund breakdown, including $73,085.21 from the General Fund; $49,511.47 from Road & Bridge; $107,396.06 from Special Bridge; $14,750.36 from the JCAB Grant–Juvenile; and $54,928.97 from Solid Waste.
