Committee members discussed next steps for the project: hiring a consultant, public outreach and coordination with regional partners (Manchester Water Works and the water utility Penetruck). Chair (speaker 1) said the committee would draft a recommendation for council and bring CIP inclusion forward if funding is available. Danielle Evancic accepted the chair role, saying, “Sure. I can do that,” after the vote.
