Nelson Witmer, President/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented Addendum A (IT staffing and support services), Addendum B (managed backup services) and Addendum C (IT/cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulations). Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the three addenda and the board voted unanimously in favor.
The minutes do not enumerate contract dollar amounts or staffing levels in detail; the addenda were approved as presented. The approvals are intended to strengthen county-managed IT support and continuity.
The board also approved vendor invoices and service agreements elsewhere on the agenda related to actuarial and vendor services; procurement and contract files will hold the full scopes and cost details.
