Fulton County approves two state probation grants and acknowledges retention stipend plan

Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to authorize Commissioner Randy H. Bunch to sign the Intermediate Punishment Treatment Grant; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to authorize Commissioner Bunch to sign the Continuing County Adult Probation/Parole Grant. Both motions passed unanimously.
Commissioners also acknowledged a Retention Efforts Letter from Miller proposing a stipend funded from the monthly supervision fee held in a restricted account that the minutes state can only be spent by the President Judge for the Adult Probation Department. The board recorded the acknowledgment by motion and vote.
