Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405.27 in bills, contracts and staffing invoices

Fulton County commissioners on Feb. 24 unanimously approved accounts payable totaling $205,405.27 and moved through a series of contract and invoice approvals covering staff support, child welfare services and grant-related contributions.
The board approved the accounts payable package on a motion by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann. The total of $205,405.27 was distributed across funds as listed in the county accounting summary: General Fund $118,593.19; Liquid Fuels $2,088.33; SFC Technology Grant $14,956.78; SFC Evidence Based Practice $15,744.05; CDBG $874.84; Act 13 Marcellus Shale Recreational $1,326.13; Medical Assistance Transportation $37,673.00; Debt Service $14,148.95.
Several individual contract and payment approvals followed. The board approved a Purchase of Service Agreement with Pressley Ridge for child welfare services, effective Feb. 11–June 30, 2026; an Elect IT Solutions invoice for IT staffing and support services for March 2026 in the amount of $10,198.00; and a CCAP PComp third-installment contribution of $5,575.00 toward a $22,300.00 total contribution. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved the Pressley Ridge agreement; Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved the Elect IT and CCAP payments; motions passed unanimously.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch also moved to approve an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of the NTIA Project contribution in the amount of $270,000.00 (the transcript notes $90,000.00 had been previously paid); the motion passed unanimously. The board approved and executed the 2026 Compensation Plan from Services for Children Director Christine McQuade for submission to the state for wage compensation.
Other administrative items approved included a letter of recommendation supporting MainStreet McConnellsburg's application for a T‑Mobile Community Grant to modernize downtown street lighting, and a 'Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds' to be submitted to PennDOT. All recorded motions carried with unanimous votes by the three commissioners.
