Fulton County OKs $63,800 in probation grants, acknowledges proposed stipend from supervision fees

Bunch to sign the 2025–2026 Intermediate Punishment Treatment Grant for $35,000 and the 2025–2026 Continuing County Adult Probation/Parole Grant for $28,800. Both motions were recorded as approved by the commissioners.
Separately, the board acknowledged a Retention Efforts Letter from Miller describing a proposal to use a portion of monthly supervision fees retained in a restricted account to provide a stipend for Adult Probation staff. The minutes state the restricted account would be controlled by the President Judge for the Adult Probation Department; the board’s action was an acknowledgement rather than an authorization to expend those funds.
