Fulton County commissioners approve minutes, payroll and routine finance items

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved routine meeting business at their Dec. 23, 2025 session in McConnellsburg.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting minutes and the Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board minutes; both motions passed with the board responding 'All in favor.' The commissioners recorded fund balances and receipts across multiple county funds, reporting TOTAL ALL FUNDS of $111,824.17, including $65,995.87 in the General Fund and $33,353.25 in the Medical Assistance Transportation fund.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 in the amount of $145,032.44; the motion passed 'All in favor.' Commissioner Bunch moved to approve and execute the CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 in the amount of $5,575.00; that motion also passed 'All in favor.'
The board also approved a revision to the HR Manual, Section 213 'Travel,' adopted on motion by Commissioner Hann. The revision requires employees who wish to use their own vehicle for county business to submit a request in advance to the commissioners explaining the reason for the request.
The meeting proceeded to contract and equipment matters later in the agenda.
