The board adopted the meeting agenda on a roll call and approved the March 10 minutes. Under item 3.2 the board discussed scheduling conflicts for third‑Wednesday regional meetings and whether staff could serve as voting liaisons; staff agreed to pursue bylaw inquiries with partner boards. The board then moved and approved a formal appointment making Commissioner Uterman the alternate to the Hennepin‑Carver workforce development board.
The meeting concluded with an informational presentation from the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District and a motion to adjourn, which carried on roll call.
