Ray County Commissioners approved a package of plats and rezoning ordinances during the March 4 meeting after Planning & Zoning official Stacy Wolfe presented the items.
The commission approved seven plats — Putts Ranch, Katherine's Estates, Coyote Ridge Replat, The Oaks Replat Lots 13 & 14, C. Hill Acres, Rittmiller & Clark Replat Lot 2 and Sundance Ranch — and six rezoning ordinances (PZ 25‑48 Eire Acres; PZ 25‑49 Rustic Oaks Replat Lots 2 & 3; PZ 26‑04 Ivy's Corner; PZ 26‑05 Proffitt Farm; PZ 26‑06 Josephine Acres; and PZ 26‑07 McCoy's Vista View Replat Lot 1A). Commissioner Bobby Don Davis moved approval and Presiding Commissioner Sheila Tracy seconded; the motion carried 2‑0 as recorded in the meeting minutes.
The minutes do not include detailed staff reports, conditions or vote‑by‑name roll calls for individual plats; the action was recorded as a block approval. Commissioners did not discuss variances, appeals or specific permit conditions in the public minutes. Parties listed in the minutes included property/plat names and the Planning & Zoning presenter.
Affected property owners, conditions of approval, or recording instructions were not specified in the minutes and will appear in official plat records filed with the county recorder.
