The Committee on Judiciary, Rules and Administration reported that the House Journal of the eighteenth legislative day had been read and recommended adoption as corrected. The motion to adopt the journal was moved by Skogg and seconded by Gannon; a voice vote recorded ayes and the journal was adopted.
