Warner Robins council approves consent agenda including $580,488 Tyler Software purchase and grant resolutions

Patrick to execute an agreement for the Georgia Economic Placemaking Collaborative Grant to fund Adopt-a-Box locations at multiple Davis Drive and downtown intersections; a resolution to execute an amendment to the Gilbert + Associates professional services agreement for CHIP Grant #2024-118 that reduces the grant administrative service fee from $45,000 to $27,000; and a resolution to extend the Ardurra master services agreement for Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2026.
The consent agenda also listed purchasing items: Glass Doctor ($17,754.00) under General Administration; Tyler Software (SaaS) for $580,488.00 under General Administration; and Macon Supply ($11,254.00) under Utilities. The minutes show the CHIP amendment reduces the administrative fee but otherwise leaves the original July 15, 2024 agreement terms in place.
The Georgia Economic Placemaking Collaborative Grant will finance Adopt-a-Box locations at Davis Drive at Thomas Boulevard, Green Street at Davis Drive, Davis Drive at Ignico Drive, Davis Drive at Tabor Drive, Davis Drive at MLK Jr. Boulevard, Davis Drive at Scott Boulevard, Davis Drive at Moody Road, and Davis Drive at Russell Parkway, and will become effective upon execution by both parties as noted in the resolution text included in the minutes.
