ADRC committee taps donation fund to cover RSVP while federal grant is pending

The committee approved the request. Ms. Joan Hauer moved to "approve the proposal as presented," and Mr. James Unger seconded; members voted "all ayes; motion carried." The committee did not attach additional follow-up requirements beyond applying the donation funds for the specified interim months.
Separately, the committee approved submitting term-continuation recommendations to the County Board for two members. Mr. James Unger moved and Ms. Melanie Fralick seconded the recommendation to reappoint Ms. Debbie Condado and Ms. Linnaea Newman for third terms; members voted unanimously to forward the nominations.
The meeting record indicates the ADRC will await the federal grant decision expected in June before returning to permanent funding decisions for RSVP; the committee’s vote authorizes using donation funds only for the interim period described at the meeting.
