The board also adopted Resolution No. 4073 authorizing the district to enter into the annual California Department of Education Child Development/State Preschool agreement for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027; authorized a contract with SchoolAI for the 2025–26 school year; and approved two Variable Term Waiver (VTW) requests for instructional candidates (Guidance Instructional Specialist, Senior candidate; CTE Arts, Media and Entertainment candidate). All motions carried 5-0; Board Members Yolanda Moore and Steven Fogg were absent.
