The county attorney circulated a buy-sell agreement and commissioners moved and approved delegating authority to a named commissioner (if the primary signatory is unavailable) to execute closing documents.
Commissioners discussed whether to appraise the larger north-side parcel the county owns; staff said they've ordered a title commitment to clarify access and water rights before deciding whether to list or lease the property. "We're ordering a title commitment to verify legal access and any water or easement issues," staff reported.
Outcome: motion passed to accept the auction result and delegate signing authority. Staff to return with the title commitment and recommendations on appraisal or market analysis for the north-side parcel.
