Fulton County approves Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement designating Franklin County as single county authority for Drug & Alcohol program

The agreement designates Franklin County to act as the "single county authority" for the operation and administration of the Drug and Alcohol Program covering the 2025–2030 period.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute the grant agreement; the motion carried 'All in favor.' The minutes record no dissenting votes or amendments. The board noted that the agreement establishes inter-county administrative arrangements between Franklin and Fulton counties and aligns county-level program administration with the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs' requirements.
