Superintendent Corrine Folmer, Ed.D., called the Clovis Unified Governing Board special meeting to order at 11:03 a.m. Dec. 12, 2025, in the Technology Building in Clovis. The Board adopted the meeting agenda "as submitted" by a 7-0 vote before staff presented the annual Budget & Finance workshop.
Associate Superintendent of Administrative Services Michael Johnston, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services Susan Rutledge, Assistant Directors of Budget & Finance Kyle Ellis and Danny Cobb, and Coordinator of Administrative Services Michael Ward presented the workshop material to the Board. The minutes state that "no reportable action was taken by the Board" in connection with the presentation.
The motion to adopt the Dec. 12 agenda was moved by Board Member Steven Fogg and seconded by Board Member Wilma Tom Hashimoto; the minutes record the vote as Ayes: Hugh Awtrey, Deena Combs-Flores, Steven Fogg, Yolanda Moore, Clinton Olivier, Tiffany Stoker Madsen, and Wilma Tom Hashimoto (7-0).
