Committee members raised concerns about enforcement in neighborhood areas near Autumn Drive and whether the city had notified residents about proposed parking changes; the chair said staff had discussed the item with the HOA president, another resident and nearby business owners. Staff said the parked-car environment tends to reduce speeds and that engineering had not identified immediate safety or emergency-access issues for the proposed Autumn Drive parking change.
