Saint Paul swears in new city attorney and proclaims Dr. Po Zhang Day

Council members praised the clinics role as a trusted medical home and highlighted the nominees mentorship and clinical contributions over multiple decades. The resolution and the appointment were adopted by voice votes noted in the record.
