At its Dec. 15 meeting the Maple Grove City Council approved a broad consent agenda that included personnel appointments across several departments, final acceptances for watermain and sanitary sewer projects, transfers to multiple road reconstruction debt service funds, and administrative updates.
The Council authorized the purchase of one tower ladder truck and two pumper engine trucks from MacQueen Equipment, LLC of St. Paul using the Sourcewell purchasing consortium at a combined cost of $5,251,999. The consent agenda also included approval of claims totaling $6,691,011.20 and updates to the Fire Relief Association bylaws effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Other consent actions included appointments to fire department ranks and payroll and authorizations to enter into staffing agreements. The consent agenda was approved as amended by a 5–0 vote.
